Mix Old West Cinnamon Roll Mix with 2 cups warm water. Allow to raise until double in size. Room temperature makes a difference. Flour board lightly. With a rolling pin shape dough into a rectangle 1/4” x 14” x 18”. Spread margarine or butter evenly on dough. Shake on sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough toward yourself, making a log. Cut 1” slices and place flat 1/4 “ apart in baking pan. Raise until puffy and edges touch. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-20 minutes. Done rolls will be firm when poked. Bake time will vary with size of rolls and raising time. Remove immediately from oven inverting onto a cookie tray and separate.
